Information you share
When you contact ENNL Studios by email or through our project form, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, business details and project requirements. We use it only to respond to your enquiry and manage a potential or active client relationship.
Website data
This website does not intentionally use advertising cookies or invasive tracking. Basic technical logs may be processed by our hosting provider for security, reliability and performance.
Studio Concierge
The AI-assisted Studio Concierge sends the messages you enter, together with limited recent conversation context and your selected website language, to OpenAI so it can provide a response. Contact details should be entered only in the separate project form. ENNL does not intentionally save complete chat transcripts in a website database. OpenAI may still process and retain data in accordance with its service terms, account settings and applicable safety requirements.
Retention and sharing
We keep correspondence only for as long as it is useful for the purpose it was provided or as required for legitimate business and legal obligations. Project form submissions are securely passed to our email delivery provider so they can reach ENNL Studios. We do not sell personal information.
